Friday Night Training:

Extra Volleyball Training – Open to Academy Athletes and the Public

Extra volleyball training is available for PMV Academy athletes each Friday evening, with an additional cost that is not included in Academy course fees. These sessions are highly recommended for Academy players to maximize their development and prepare for higher levels of competition.

🟡 Open to the public – no experience necessary, but a willingness to work hard and maintain a positive attitude is required. Anything less is not permitted.

📍 Location: 10725 Demarr Road, White Plains, MD 20695
🕕 Time: 6:00–8:00 PM

6:00–6:45 PM – Training with Coach C

6:45–7:00 PM – Team-building exercises ran by Coach C

7:00–8:00 PM – Open gym (supervised, no coaching; opportunity for athletes to demonstrate leadership)

⚠️ Please note: The full fee applies whether attending the entire session or only part of it.

💰 Cost:

PMV Academy athletes: $20 per Friday

Non-Academy athletes: $50 per Friday
